A turn is a period in which a side makes its move. In the beginning of a turn, a side earns funds for every property it controls, and units at allied properties are repaired by 2HP (for a cost). Units that were moved the turn before can move again. The side is then free to command its units, build new ones, etc. Units built in one turn may not be moved in that same turn. A day passes when every side makes its turn.
