Mission Information[]

This is the sixth level of Field Training in Advance Wars. This level is simply a test of the skills you have learned so far. Worringly, Olaf has brought in a Medium Tank to try and make up for his spate of losses; Which raises Nell's concerns. Despite it's size, use what you've learned to put Olaf's men on the retreat.

Strategy[]

In this mission, Nell leaves it up to you against Olaf and your first concern is to maintain control of the cities in the area before making your way south and then north towards the HQ. It's recommended to focus your efforts on the center, by using your tank and mech units to destroy the enemy infantry that nears and the artillery to defeat the tanks and mechs after. The cities can be used to recover your forces if need be while you gather momentium for his territory which features one last hurdle; The dreaded Md. Tank, which is considerably more powerful than even your own. Block it's movements on the bridge with your tank, and set up your Artillery right behind it as it launches an attack on your blockade. With your indirect, you can safely soften it up for the rest of your forces to finish off.

Once all of his men are wasted, Olaf sounds a hasty retreat.
