Talon Gun in 'The Creeper'
The Talon gun(Days of Ruin) or Strix Gun(Dark Conflict) is a superweapon developed by Caulder in Advance Wars: Days of Ruin. It was destroyed by the combined efforts of the 12th Battalion and the Lazurian Army during Chapter 17, The Creeper.
It can attack all targets five tiles away from the center (four from the base), dealing 5 damage to up to four targets in range per turn. The weapon can be destroyed by attacking the middle bottom tile, requiring 99 damage to be destroyed.

- Like other IDS inventions, the "Strix" name for the weapon can come from the genus of owls or perhaps more fittingly, the owl of ill omen that feed on human flesh and blood, metamorphosed from humans.
