Sea for All is the fifth mission in the Hard Campaign of Advance Wars 2: Black Hole Rising. It is also one of the few missions to appear in the Hard Campaign only.
Background[]
Hawke hears of Andy's victories in Orange Star and is mildly intrigued. Wishing to see it for himself, he sends a letter to Andy challenging him to a duel with only naval and air units. Andy accepts the challenge and says that Hawke may capture the area if he prevails but must retreat if he loses. Hawke bluntly remarks that the Black Hole army has already conquered most of Orange Star before the battle ensues.
When Andy defeats Hawke, he falls back with no issues. Andy contacts Nell to tell her about the victory, but she berates him instead, citing that Black Hole has been attacking the fronts Andy was supposed to be defending. Andy orders his army back to the main continent.
Overview[]
This is a very easy mission, as Fighters can easily take care of Bombers and Battle Copters while being decent against other Fighters. There is practically no reason to build any naval units besides Cruisers, which can deal with Battle Copters and Fighters quite well. Whenever Hawke uses his CO Powers, just use Hyper Repair to heal off any damage he deals.
