General
Kindle (Known as Candy in European version) is a Black Hole CO. She is Jugger and Koal's commanding officer and a member of the Bolt Guard. She has a blunt queen like personality and is highly vain. She excels at urban warfare. She is also professional at insulting people she sees inferior to her.
CO abilities
Firepower of all her on-property units is 40%.
CO power
Urban Blight - Incites riots on every urban property on the map. This causes 3 HP of damage to all her foes on properties. Grants her own Units a firepower boost of 130% on properties. All Units also get a 10% offence and defence boost. A great early game power that will have your enemy calling you all sorts of bad names when his capturing infantry are wounded. This ability rocks the house on small maps, and can hurt your foe's recently built shiny new megatank.
Super CO power
High Society - So you wanna see her get serious? Very well! Just remember, you asked for it! Grants her Units an astounding 180% firepower boost when attacking on properties. Every property under her control increases her Units' firepower by 3%. They also gain a 10% boost to offence and defence. On large maps, you can sweep the board clean. If you have a lot of properties, you can give your units, most notably the sea units, a chance to shine away from the city life for a little bit. Not even the forests will protect your foes from this power!
Tag Breaks
Kindle has Tag Breaks with the following COs:
- Jugger, 105%, "Fireworks" (1 star): A high power, high mayhem ability. Lead with Jugger to soften the foe, and them flatten your enemies with Kindle's iron fist. Kindle should worry about the cities, and use Jugger to cover the rest.
- Koal, 105%, "Flash Point" (1 star): Well, Koal makes a good tag partner with, well, anybody. But with this tag, your enemies may be begging for mercy before you're done. Use Koal to zoom in close and start the attack, and Kindle to finish them off.
- Jake, 90%: When genius meets stupidity...
- Hawke, 80%: 'Tis a shame that the King and Queen of large maps had a bit of a fight...
