General
Kindle (Known as Candy in European version) is a Black Hole CO. She is Jugger and Koal's commanding officer and a member of the Bolt Guard. She has a blunt queen like personality and is highly vain. She excels at urban warfare. She is also professional at insulting people she sees inferior to her.

Firepower of all her on-property units is 40%.
CO power
Urban Blight - Incites riots on every urban property on the map. This causes 3 HP of damage to all her foes on properties. Grants her own Units a firepower boost of 130% on properties. All Units also get a 10% offence and defence boost.
Super CO power
High Society - Grants her Units an astounding 180% firepower boost when attacking on properties. Every property under her control increases her Units' firepower by 3%. They also gain a 10% boost to offence and defence. By doing the maths you can see that High society is one of the most feared CO powers of all and for a simple reason,SHE GETS 3% BOOST FROM EVERY PROPERTY ON THE MAP WHILE OFF A BASE! If used in a tag break with Koal/Eagle it WILL spell doom for your foe.
