Javier is a Green Earth CO. He makes his first appearance in Dual Strike.
CO Abilities
Javier's Day-to-Day ability gives him 120% defence against indirect units. He gains 10% defence bonus from communication towers under his control in addition to the standard 10% attack bonus.
CO Powers
CO Power: Tower Shield - Raises indirect defence to 140% and doubles comm tower bonuses.
Super CO Power: Tower of Power - Gains a 160% indirect defence bonus and triples comm tower effects.

Tactics
10% defense from each comm tower means Javier is overpowered on maps where comm towers are present, and uncounterable by most COs on maps where multiple towers are available to each side. Javier players will make use of the increased defense and the occasional invincibility during the Super CO power.
