History of Hate^{(Days of Ruin)} or History of Hatred^{(Dark Conflict)} is the twelfth mission in Advance Wars: Days of Ruin. It introduces more advanced naval combat along with the Battleship, Cruiser, and Submarine to the player. After completing the mission, Tasha is unlocked as a playable commander in Free Battle and multiplayer modes.

Story[]

Brenner meets with Greyfield, who insults him for his willingness to help survivors. Davis manages to prevent a conflict from breaking out along with Waylon. Davis then explains that Greyfield has rallied the remnants of the Rubinelle military into the New Rubinelle Army. Greyfield then orders the 12th Battalion to head for the Rubinelle Sea as the Lazurian Army has been spotted there.
