Word has reached the 12th Battalion that there is a village nearby consisting of survivors. The group plans to leave the civilians there, including Will and Isabella. However, the mayor insists that they do not have the means to take care of them. When they are about to set off, The Beast returns with his raiders to destroy the village. Despite their disagreement, the 12th Battalion moves to defend the survivors.
As Lin points out, you are outnumbered, but unlike The Beast, you have a plan. The two enemy infantry nearby can be easily dispatched using your tanks and mechs, then move your artillery into the small opening near the mountains. The raiders will advance the next turn so block off the passageway with your two tanks. Try to prioritize the enemy artillery so that it doesn't destroy your tanks, and have your mechs strike first, resulting in a fairly easy victory.
