It is a significant advantage if you can predict which cities your opponent could have captured when temporarily repelled from a part of the map. City

Orange Star City

City is a type of building. They are crucial in every battle and appear in almost every map in the game. They provide War Funds per turn, as well as repair and refuel your land units.

Cities are also a type of terrain, offering 3-star defensive cover for units and like all buildings, do not inhibit movement for any unit. Allied cities will also refill rounds and fuel for free, as well as replenishing 2 HP though at a cost, to those units.
