Black Boats are a Naval Unit. They were developed by Black Hole and can repair and resupply one friendly unit which is adjacent to them. They can repair up to 1 HP, provided that the player has enough funds. Like APCs, Black Boats are non-combat units, though they can carry two foot soldiers (infantry or mechs) at a time. Unlike APCs, they don't resupply automatically at the start of a turn, and they can only resupply one unit per turn. Black Boats have only appeared in Advance Wars: Dual Strike.
