A Single Life(Days of Ruin) or One Life(Dark Conflict) is the second mission in the Advance Wars: Days of Ruin.
Story[]
Newly recruited into the surviving 12th Battalion, Will seeks to do whatever he can to help. Unfortunately, the chance of finding survivors seems dim. They are then attacked by The Beast and his bandits, turning the search mission into a skirmish.

Strategy[]
Much like the first mission, this one is fairly simple. Listen to Brenner and move your tank to block the road while moving your artillery behind it. Use your infantry to either finish off the enemy one or wait in the mountains, but don't get them killed for nothing. The next turn, you'll be prompted to move the infantry to the ruins where Will finds Isabella, barely alive. The tank may be out of ammo, but it still retains its defensive properties and a decent attack. Use your artillery to finish off the enemy recons and tank when they come close.
Trivia[]
- The objective to go to the ruins to find Isabella can be skipped entirely, just defeating all enemies is required.
